All sheabutter soaps are custom hand made to order. Custom orders are placed daily and the customization of one order can take longer than expected please allow 4-7 days for smaller quantity orders and up to 2-4 weeks for large quantity/very detailed orders.

The turnaround time can be a lot sooner OR later than what is stated!

SHIPPING
Once your soaps are custom made to order and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Depending on your location shipping
takes 2-3 days.
NOTE: Shipping is 2-3 days ONCE your order is custom made. This process can take
4-7 days plus shipping time

DESIGN
What's included in my order?
All soaps are individually wrapped, tied and custom labeled. We now offer labels that are attached to the packaging. The label is perfect for an image and words of your choice.
For example, a birthday party order can have the birthday person image on the tags with happy birthday and their name or thank you for coming...your choice.
*we no longer offer ribbon and tags* ribbon is on specialty orders all soaps primarily will be in an adhesive bag with a sticker label
